I had a pleasant experience overall at Doubletree By Hilton San Bernardino, especially with the warm welcome and engaging staff. However, there were some cleanliness issues that detracted from my stay. While the breakfast offerings were delicious and included a great omelet station, I did encounter some service inconsistencies that could be improved.
